To install this framework (regardless whether a previous version was installed or not) you will need to download the installer file and run it on your machine (you might be asked to stop Visual Studio or a BizTalk host instance if an old version of the component is currently in use). You will then have to use the Business Rules Engine Deployment wizard to deploy all the vocabularies in the C:\Program Files (x86)\BRE Pipeline Framework\Vocabularies folder on your machine (if you have previously installed some of the vocabularies then you can skip those).
Changes are as below.
-Out of the box MetaInstructions no longer need instantiation in an InstructionLoaderPolicy, making the BRE Pipeline Framework easier to use. InstructionLoaderPolicies are only required for custom MetaInstruction class instantiation.
-Addition of throw exception vocabulary definition in BREPipelineFramework.SamplesInstructions.HelperInstructions vocabulary which now allows for much more conditional validation using the framework.
-Addition of party resolution vocabulary definition in BREPipelineFramework.SamplesInstructions.HelperInstructions vocabulary.
-Addition of document root node namespace manipulation vocabulary definitions in BREPipelineFramework.SamplesInstructions.HelperInstructions vocabulary.
